CPR Training on World Heart Day
In recognition of World Heart Day, the Admin Department, in collaboration with Team Challengers, organized a hands-on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training session for employees. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about heart health and equip participants with life-saving skills that can make a critical difference in the emergency situations.
The session was conducted by Dr. Nobia Mehdi, who provided expert guidance through practical demonstrations and interactive learning. Employees actively participated, gaining valuable knowledge of correct CPR techniques and basic emergency response, while building the confidence to act swiftly in critical moments.
This meaningful initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to employee well-being and preparedness—empowering individuals not only in their professional roles but also as responsible members of the community.

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, PharmEvo organized an insightful session highlighting the importance of early detection, preventive care, and timely screenings. We were honored to have Dr. Reena Kumari Sunil, Consultant Medical Oncologist and Assistant Professor at Dr. Ziauddin University Hospital, Karachi, as the guest speaker. Catalyst
The PharmEvo Human Resource Department at the Factory introduced Catalyst, PharmEvo’s Management Trainee Programme, designed to nurture and empower the next generation of leaders and innovators. This initiative is more than just a training programme; it is a journey that promises to be a game-changer for all its participants.
Under the expert guidance of seasoned professionals and dedicated mentors, our trainees will gain invaluable cross-functional, hands-on experience that will be instrumental in achieving their career goals and milestones. The Compliment Circle
This activity ensures that every Evodian receives appreciation and compliments from his Lead or Head of Department. From the Chief Operating Officer to the Office Assistant, everyone participated in this uplifting practice, sharing and receiving compliments in front of the entire team. The joy and pride that come from being appreciated create an environment where every colleague feels valued and motivated.

PSL 6 was the most thrilling exciting and highly anticipated event of the year where 6 departmental teams compete to be a Champion. Its one of a great team building activity.

The HR Department recently organized a vibrant Orange Day to energize the workplace and promote positivity among employees. The orange color, symbolizing enthusiasm, creativity, and warmth, set the tone for a lively and engaging day.
