Organizing an Eid card design competition for the children of our employees underscores our commitment to fostering a family-friendly and inclusive workplace culture. This activity not only celebrates the creativity and artistic talents of our employees’ kids but also strengthens the sense of community within our organization. It provides an opportunity for families to engage with the company’s festive spirit, creating cherished memories and a deeper connection to the workplace. HR Pinnacle Awards

PharmEvo is the proud recipient of the “Best Rewards Strategy” award at the HR Pinnacle Awards among 35 competitors held on 26th April 2024.

Breast Cancer Day

On October 9th, 2024, PharmEvo, in collaboration with Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, organized a Breast Cancer Awareness session at the PharmEvo factory, specially arranged for our female employees.

This meaningful initiative reflects PharmEvo’s unwavering commitment to its vision of “A Healthier Society” by promoting health awareness, encouraging preventive care, and supporting community well-being.

Catalyst

The PharmEvo Human Resource Department at the Factory introduced Catalyst, PharmEvo’s Management Trainee Programme, designed to nurture and empower the next generation of leaders and innovators. This initiative is more than just a training programme; it is a journey that promises to be a game changer for all its participants.

 

Under the expert guidance of seasoned professionals and dedicated mentors, our trainees will gain invaluable cross-functional, hands-on experience that will be instrumental in achieving their career goals and milestones. The Catalyst programme is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring that our trainees emerge as well-rounded professionals ready to take on future challenges.

Way to Wellness, Way to Freedom

Digital Marketing launched the Independence Day campaign, “Way to Wellness, Way to Freedom,” celebrating health and vitality through our multivitamin brands. This campaign, aligned with the spirit of independence, led to record sales in August and attracted over 40,000 users to our website from over 20 cities in Pakistan.

PharmEvo Research Forum organized a Research Day at Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan, on September 10th, 2024, which received an enthusiastic response from faculty, students as well as postgraduate trainees. This event marked the first-ever research-focused gathering at the institution. The day featured insightful lectures from senior faculty members, complemented by a research poster competition among postgraduate trainees.
