PharmEvo is the first pharmaceutical company in Pakistan to partner with FranklinCovey to introduce top-class self-learning programs to enhance advanced learning and leadership excellence within the organization. Through All Access Pass, the Leadership team has completed 3 self-paced courses so far.

Leaders are Readers

The 16th session Leaders are Readers session was conducted on 11th July by Asim Malik (Regional Training Manager). Asim reviewed the book “One Minute Manager” written by Ken Blanchard.

Feryal Irteza conducted the 17th Session of Leaders are Readers on 1st December. She presented the Life Lessons from “The Harry Potter Series” written by J.K. Rowling.

Muhammad Adnan Azam conducted an interactive and activity-based session on Leadership for the Management of Factory.

Project Management

DLI invited as External Trainer Mr. Aly Rehman, who is a simulation-based Board Game training expert. The program aimed to equip the audience with a project-based game with real scenarios.

Exclusive Workshop on Pharmaceutical Branding Excellence sets new Industry Standards!

In a groundbreaking initiative, the Institute of Leadership Excellence (ILE), an HCP capacity-building CSR initiative by PharmEvo, joined hands with the IBA- Centre for Executive Education to introduce a transformative training workshop on pharmaceutical branding. Titled “Pharmaceutical Branding Excellence: From Managing Pills to Managing Brands,” the program received an overwhelming response with over 25+ participants form different companies within the pharmaceutical industry.
