On May 24th, 2024, the Corporate Marketing and Communications department hosted a truly unique and inspiring edition of Coffee with Guru. The session featured the dynamic Mr. Adeel Azhar, a multifaceted personality who has made his mark across diverse domains—including radio, training, economics, sports, and content creation. His engaging presence and thought-provoking insights made the session both enriching and memorable. EvoTalks 8th Edition – Women’s Day Special at LUMS
PharmEvo proudly hosted the 8th edition of EvoTalks – Women’s Day Special on February 24th, 2024, at LUMS, Lahore. This special event was a tribute to the extraordinary achievements of female healthcare professionals in Pakistan, celebrating their invaluable contributions to the nation’s healthcare landscape.
The event brought together a remarkable panel of high-achieving female leaders, who took the EvoTalks stage to share their inspiring journeys. Through heartfelt stories and personal experiences, they ignited passion and purpose in the younger generation—especially young women—encouraging them to pursue careers in medicine and make a lasting impact.
In recognition of their dedication and accomplishments, PharmEvo was honored to present these outstanding women with the prestigious “Health Icon” awards and meaningful souvenirs as tokens of appreciation.
We take immense pride in spotlighting the powerful role these women play in transforming healthcare in Pakistan. Their journeys continue to inspire future generations to aim high, serve humanity, and excel in the field of medicine.

Suno Kahani – January 28th at Habitt City
Team PharmEvo is thrilled to share a heartwarming recap of our recent “Suno Kahani” event, held on January 28th at Habitt City Talks. This joyful read-aloud session was thoughtfully designed to spark a love for reading, learning, and storytelling in young readers.
The event aimed to nurture creativity and encourage children to express their ideas through stories. We were delighted to have GoRead.pk onboard with us. Their volunteers joined us in a narrative session where they brought various Urdu stories to life. The session included other activities for children to take part in and enjoy themselves.
The captivating stories of “Noori” and “Kantu Ki Kahani” whisked everyone away on a thematic journey of gratitude, compassion, and self-acceptance, embracing cultural differences in a heartwarming experience for both kids and their parents!
We’d like to thank GoRead.pk volunteers, and respected parents who took time from their busy schedules to attend the engaging child-focused storytelling adventure!
Since the “Suno Kahani” event proved to be a success, we plan to bring more such joyful learning opportunities for young minds in the future.
Evolve Fitness Week at Head office
Held from February 26th to March 1st, Evolve Fitness Week kicked off with an engaging activity that sparked excitement and participation across departments. The initiative of the Administration department was focused on offering a different perspective of fitness and wellness. Under the inspiring theme “Nurturing Wellness, Inspiring Lives,” the week featured Deskercise breaks and expert-led health sessions, encouraging Evodians to incorporate movement and mindfulness into their daily routines.
A highlight of the week was a friendly fitness competition, which brought out the best in our team spirit. Winners were recognized and rewarded with memorable souvenirs to celebrate their achievements and dedication to personal well-being.
The week also marked a special milestone—the first anniversary of the Evolve initiative at our head office. This celebration was a proud reminder of how far we’ve come in promoting a culture of health, balance, and continuous improvement.
Evolve Fitness Week was not just an event—it was a meaningful step in our journey to build a healthier, more inspired PharmEvo family.

The Compliment Circle
This activity ensures that every Evodian receives appreciation and compliments from his Lead or Head of Department. From the Chief Operating Officer to the Office Assistant, everyone participated in this uplifting practice, sharing and receiving compliments in front of the entire team. The joy and pride that come from being appreciated create an environment where every colleague feels valued and motivated.
The PharmEvo Human Resources Department (Plant) hosted its inaugural Business Partners Conference, welcoming vendors for a unique networking experience. This event marked the introduction of our Quality Management System, a pivotal step in ensuring excellence and fostering stronger partnerships.
At PharmEvo plant, the HR team set up a fun Limca drink event for Evodians to stay cool and enjoy. As everyone came together outside, the cold Limca was a nice break from the heat, making us feel happy and close. This shows how PharmEvo cares about making work fun, where even small things make us smile and feel good.
PSL 6 was the most thrilling exiciting and highly anticipated event of the year where 6 departmental teams compete to be a Champion. Its one of a great team building activity.
The Evodian app was successfully launched at the head office in May 2024 and at the factory in September 2024, marking a major milestone for the entire Evodian family. This achievement by the PharmEvo MIS department reflects our dedication to providing handy access to essential resources and enabling rapid approvals through a mobile platform. The app enhances connectivity across departments, empowering team members to stay connected and informed wherever they are. This initiative underscores our commitment to creating a supportive and efficient work environment, making daily tasks smoother and more accessible for everyone at PharmEvo. his marks a significant step forward in our journey to optimize operations, enhance collaboration, and empower the Evodian family in their pursuit of excellence.
