Khalid’s story begins at the University of Jamshoro, where he pursued his Bachelor of Engineering with passion and determination. It was here that he honed the technical skills that would go on to define his career.His leadership style continues to reflect his deep belief in the power of teamwork. As a manager, Khalid is not just a decision-maker, but a mentor who fosters an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
Q: When did you join PharmEvo, and what has your journey been like?
A: I began my career in 1989 with a non-pharmaceutical company, right after completing my Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical) in 1987. My first manager taught me a valuable lesson: “Never skip steps in life—continue to improve gradually, step by step.” This lesson has been foundational in my journey.
