As the courses were backed by research-based content and useful practical frameworks, the Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D) department has decided to <strong>cascade the learning<\/strong> from selected courses to each and <strong>every member of Evodian family in FY 2024-25.<\/strong>\n\n<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Consequently,\u00a0 the L&amp;D department announced <strong>L.E.A.P (Learn. Engage. Apply. Perform), <\/strong>an organization-wide massive intellectual project through which top Leadership conducted the trainings for Evodians. The <strong>first course<\/strong> for this program was <strong>Multipliers by Liz To fulfill this aim, the Learning &amp; Development \u00a0(L&amp;D) Department continued \u201cLeaders are Readers\u201d series. Six sessions were conducted in head office &amp; factory collectively.
