Words of wisdom can come in many forms enlightening quotes that have the strongest effect on the reader. Therefore, PharmEvo initiated a series of weekly quotes in Dawn Newspaper to motivate the readers and build a learned and healthier society.
International Artist Day Exhibition
On the occasion of International Artist Day, PharmEvo organized an Art Exhibition and Competition to promote and celebrate the art and artists in the healthcare community. PharmEvo has always been active in promoting and celebrating art, culture, and literature.
The one-of-its-kind event was inaugurated by respected Prof. Raza Ur Rehman, Prof. Kareem Qamaruddin, and Dr. Kashif Mehmood. They heartedly appreciated the endeavor and applauded PharmEvo for the unique event.
PharmEvo also had a separate wall dedicated to an 18-year-old budding artist who is sadly no longer with us.
She was also an active participant in debates on civic awareness. PharmEvo dedicated an honorary wall in her name to remember her and her contributions to the medical field and society.
World Youth Scrabble Championship
In spirit of promoting our dream of “A Healthier Society”, PharmEvo proudly hosted and sponsored the World Youth Scrabble Championship organized by the governing body WESPA & Pakistan Scrabble Association as the Host Entity. The closing ceremony of the event was streamed and watched in 23 countries across 5 continents. PharmEvo was appreciated by WESPA for the flawless execution of the tournament and acknowledged the technical and management prowess of Pakistan as a host nation.
Salman Ali from Pakistan clinched the first prize defeating his opponent Madhav Kumar from India. Hasham Hadi Khan also won the 4th prize.
Iqbal EvoTalks
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the “Poet of the East”, Allama Muhammad Iqbal, PharmEvo conducted a special session of EvoTalks to pay tribute to a phenomenal poet, scholar, philosopher, and revolutionist.
Deputy CEO PharmEvo, Syed Jamshed Ahmed presented the opening remarks and highlighted the need for the nation to revisit the ideology and teachings of Iqbal.
On the occasion popular poet Umair Najmi reflected on the impact Iqbal has had on the literature in the subcontinent and how he looked at Iqbal and his work as poet himself. He also narrated some of Iqbal’s work for the audience.
Famous voice-over artist, Mr. Arif Bahalim enthralled the audiences by reciting iqbal’s poetry in his powerful voice to the melodious tunes of a flute.
Premier Group Chairman, Ebrahim Qassim spoke on the occasion about Iqbal. He deliberated upon the lessons Iqbal has left for us and the need for us to explore his ideology. The impassionate talk by EQ moved the audience.
Wellness Makeover
The Evodian wives were invited for an exclusive Wellness Session in November for a Meet-and-Greet followed by a Power-Packed healthy breakfast. The event kicked off with an energizing session with a professional fitness trainer followed by a talk with a certified Nutritionist. Indeed an experience that was transformative, therapeutic, and an absolute stress buster!
